She currently serves as the managing owner of Extended Hands of the Treasure Coast. From her extensive managing experience, Kim has a deep understanding of money management and proper organizational skills. She is an active member of AADMM, American Association of Daily Money Managers, so she may better assist her clients with downsizing, organizing, monthly bill paying, and budgeting.

Through the various patients Kim has encountered, she has developed a love for helping our senior population. Currently Kim helps care for her mother and recognizes how important in-home safety is. She looks forward to helping other families in the community receive the same comfort she feels knowing her mother has all the home maintenance and modifications that she needs to safely age in place.

Jeff Williams, CAPS was born and worked in southern Ohio, but spent many of his adolescent years in southern Florida.  While he was in Ohio, Jeff owned and operated Jeff William’s Construction Company and Weatherwood Development. From these two ventures, Jeff gained valuable knowledge about home building and remodeling that lead him to Certified Aging in Place Specialist training. His 40+ years of construction experience are a valued asset of EHOTC and have helped make many people’s dreams become a reality.

For many years, Jeff has wanted to relocate back to the Atlantic Coast. After helping his son and step-son pay their way through college, he was finally able to make the move with his wife, Kim. Jeff enjoys staying busy in his free time by working out, staying up-to-date with current events, and has recently taken up biking. He also enjoys volunteering; whether it be with his sons’ cub scout troupes, basketball teams, or football teams, as well as helping with community youth sport’s fundraising programs and helping his wife with her Relay for Life campaigns.

Recently, Jeff has been involved in two major home renovations. Most notably was the renovation in Austin, Texas where he helped his son (Matt), daughter-in law (Margaret), and two beautiful grandchildren (Caroline and Ford) move into their gorgeous new home.
